JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor the counseling of the Overseas Student Recruitment.
- Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company.
- Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.
- Supervise daily work of the members and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build up good relationship with students, parents, government, school, university and abroad school partner
- Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services Level.
- Immediate reporting of important issues (service, operational, HR) to CEO, propose solution where possible.
JOB REQUIREMENT & RESPONSIBLE
- Graduate or Postgraduate.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales or Consultant in Education field
- Good communicator, strong sales skill with proved track record.
- Good computer skill (Microsoft Office)
- Fluent in English
- Target Oriented, good Leadership skill and problem solver
- Finding new potential clients of University, lead research and sources, and networking to drive sales.
- Maintain and build a good rapport with existing Universities and update the latest program provided.
- Demonstrated ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
- Ensuring all Sales Marketing program both online and offline are running well
- Responsible to running branding and marketing strategy and program both online and offline are running well.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Adaptable to change, open to new ideas, open to taking on new responsibilities and adjusting plans to meet changing needs
- Self-starter personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Involved in company’s activities such as company’s exhibition or school expo.
