IDR 3-5,5 million based on competency & experience+annual bonus based on projects
JOB DESCRIPTION: Full-time, Offline, Bilingual
> Coordinate & negotiate with client and prospect
> Schedule meetings, input into agenda & Gcal
> Routine daily reports: check,update,coordinate
> Technical assistant for offline & online meetings
> Manage physical & digital administration
(filing document, work file backups, taxes, etc.)
> Maintain cleanliness of the work environment
> Stock management, prepare petty cash reports
> Prepare for cashier & check weekly
> Browse, read, summarize project opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
A. Vocation (Diploma, SMK) or Degrees (S1, S2)
B. Minimum 2 years customer service experience
C. Must commit to a 2 year contract post-probation
D. Proficient in Gsheets, Gdocs, and Gslides
E. Proficient in time management & scheduling
F. Fluent in written and verbal coordination,
capable of multitasking (handling several tasks
simultaneously) in both Indonesian & English
G. Skilled in creating and using checklists;
there will be numerous checklists
