Requirements
- Minimum education is a vocational high school (SMK) in the field of network engineering/TKT
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Job Description
- Serves as first level support in handling guest/back office complaint related to the internet connection in hotel
- provide daily & monthly working activity report to the IT Dept & Velo
- Escalates & informs any internet problem to the second level/supervisor when needed.
- Do a periodically check on wifi network and report to the IT Manager.
- prepare & test Bandwith on demand.
- Help IT Departement as First level support in handling Back Office complaint related to the hotel system when needed, if requested/allowed by IT Manager.
