CNL Books, a leading innovator in educational resources, is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Academic Sales Consultant.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and build relationships with schools and educators to promote and sell products offered by CNL Books.
- Deliver persuasive product presentations that highlight key benefits and curriculum alignment.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions from our portfolio.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective outreach and follow-up.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Placement available in key regions: East Kalimantan, South Sulawesi, East Java, DKI Jakarta, Banten, West Java, and Bali.
Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or publishing sector.
- Preferably holds a degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a consultative selling approach.
- Familiarity with English language education and international frameworks like CEFR, K–12 and university education segments is a plus.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Comfortable using digital tools for sales and presentations.
- Willing to travel for school visits and education events.
