- Responding to all incoming chats & customer’s inquiries
- Provide product information to customers
- Handling customer’s complaint
- Processing all incoming order and ensure all orders are being fulfilled on time & correctly
- Product QC based on customers’ orders
- Summarize all sales report and order
- Handling Tinysoles’s online platform : Tokopedia, Shopee, Tiktokshop, Instagram
REQUIREMENTS :
- Age : 20-35 years old
- Can work on a team & under pressure (deadline)
- Have a good manner, good communication and fast learner
- Organized & detail oriented
- Up to date to Mom and Kids trends
