ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Lead creative output from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality deliverables for product campaigns and making critical decisions on the quality of ideas.
2. Develops and create the creative concept that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.
3. Pitches and presents ideas to clients.
4. Maintain high-quality standards, reviewing and approving all creative work to ensure it meets brand guidelines, concept, and project requirements.
5. Understand strategy and consumer insights to sell/recommend brave and effective ideas.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially client servicing, strategy & data & creative departments to ensure cohesive and impactful creative outputs.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design techniques to keep Qoar at the forefront of the market.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Min. 2 years working experience as a creative.
2. Knowledgeable and understanding of the latest innovations, trends and developments in various industry.
3. An excellent portfolio showcasing art direction and design work.
4. Great communication skills: written, verbal, and visual, with the ability to justify your concepts and design choices.
5. Strong understanding of creative principles, including design, photography, videography, editing, typography, layout composition, and color theory, ensuring top-tier quality across all visual and digital content.
6. Strong creative problem-solving skills: Understanding, analyzing and working through a challenge to completion.
7. Deep understanding of all major Social Media platforms (dimensions, consumer behavior, theme overhauls, etc.)
8. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects
9. A perfectionist at heart with attention to detail
10. Ability to work hybrid at HeadQOARter (Surabaya/Jakarta) and travel when needed.
