By automating all functionalities that were manually managed before, it centralises tasks to reduce managerial work and costs, aiming for profit maximisation.
Job Description
- Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and customer referrals.
- Carry out product sales activities Implement and ensure all sales activities have been carried out in accordance with marketing planning
- Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Stay updated with industry trends and competitors
- Provide prompt solutions to customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Analysis of potential areas / markets, sales and status reports
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline. Provide regular sales reports to management.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)
- Willing to work in Surabaya
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the same or related industry.
- Experience in real estate business or hotel/vacation rental business will be advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Ability to analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
