AsiaCommerce Network is a Cross Border Supply Chain & Company that helps to improve Brands & Business for better Sourcing, Procurement, and Distribution & Fulfllment in China, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philipines and Singapore.
Role Purpose:
As a Business Development Staff, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, generating leads, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and building strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, online platforms, and industry events.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- WFO Monday – Friday (09.00-17.00) & Saturday (09.00-15.00)
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Open to fresh graduates with a strong drive to succeed.
- Willingness to bring own laptop.
