Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative ideas and scripts for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
2. Independently film videos (product showcase, POV, storytelling, UGC-style, etc.).
3. Edit videos into ready-to-post content with engaging visuals aligned with current trends.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan weekly content calendars.
5. Ensure content meets agreed targets for number of posts, views, and engagement (likes/comments).
Qualifications:
1. Must be based in Surabaya.
2. Proven experience in creating short-form video content (TikTok/Reels).
3. Skilled in using editing apps such as CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar.
4. Strong understanding of viral content trends, especially for Gen-Z and Millennials.
5. Creative, independent, and has a good sense of visual storytelling.
6. Must provide a portfolio or examples of TikTok/Reels content previously created.
