We’re looking for a dedicated TikTok Content Creator based in Surabaya to work on one of our client. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end content creation  from ideation, shooting, editing, to engaging with the audience.

This role is perfect for someone who’s not just creative behind the camera, but also confident in front of it: expressive, natural, and able to act out different characters to bring TikTok stories to life.

Your Responsibilities

• Produce TikTok content end-to-end: idea → filming → acting → editing → posting.
• Act naturally and confidently on camera, able to play multiple roles/characters when needed.
• Edit videos with strong storytelling using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, sounds, and creative formats.
• Engage with the TikTok community: respond to comments and DMs.
• Track performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Based in Surabaya (must be local).
• Proven experience as a TikTok Content Creator (share TikTok link/portfolio).
• Excellent video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, etc.).
• Strong acting skills: confident, expressive, luwes, and able to play different roles on camera.
• Comfortable being the face of the content and experimenting with styles.
• Creative, proactive, and consistent in delivering content.
