About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Associate with a focus on affiliate marketing to join our team! This role is perfect for fresh graduates who have completed training in digital marketing and are excited to learn and grow in the performance marketing space. You’ll be assisting in managing affiliate campaigns, coordinating with partners, and optimizing performance to help scale our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring affiliate marketing campaigns.

* Coordinate with affiliate partners, influencers, and creators — helping with outreach, onboarding, and communication.

* Research potential affiliate platforms, creators, and opportunities for collaboration.

* Help manage campaign assets: affiliate links, tracking codes, promo materials, etc.

* Track affiliate performance and compile weekly reports on key metrics.

Requirements:

* Fresh graduate from Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

* Completed a digital marketing training/course (e.g., RevoU, Google Digital Garage, etc.).

* Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, especially affiliate/performance marketing.

* Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel and organizing campaign data.

* Eager to learn, organized, and proactive in communication.

* Good written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and basic English).

* Social media savvy and up-to-date on influencer trends.
