Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive event plans and timelines.
• Ensure food quality through tasting, portioning, and plating.
• Schedule and procure staff based on project requirements, as outlined by the Sales & Marketing Team.
• Prepare a comprehensive list of all necessary equipment and items, following guidelines provided by the Sales & Marketing Team.
• Address challenges and issues that arise during project planning and execution.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of all staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
• 25-35 years old.
• Proven experience in procuring, training, and overseeing staff.
• Expected to be available during outside working hours, weekends, and public holidays for project execution.
• Ability to manage in a diverse, challenging, and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Neat, responsible, and has attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Background in the Event Industry is mandatory.
• Background in the Food & Beverage Industry is advantageous.
