About the role
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Programmer to join our dynamic team at PT QLCOM Solusi Bisnis’ in Surabaya, East Java. As a Full Stack Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable web applications that drive our business forward. What you’ll be doing
- Design, develop, and implement innovative web applications using a full stack of technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to best practices and industry standards
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and proactively suggest improvements to our tech stack
- Continuously optimize application performance and scalability
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience of 3+ years as a Full Stack Programmer or equivalent role
- Expertise in building web applications using a combination of front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, Flutter, etc.) and back-end (Node.js, Express.js, PHP Laravel, Python, etc.) technologies, Databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with version control systems like Git and familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Expertise in Flutter, Asp .NET, MVC C#, SQL Server is an Additional Advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
