Job Description: HRD Manager

Qualifications:
- S1 in Psychology, or related field (S2 preferred).
- At least 5 years in a leadership HR role.
- Proven track record of driving HR initiatives that achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership Across Subsidiaries:
- Develop and implement cohesive HR strategies for multiple subsidiary companies, ensuring alignment with the holding company’s vision and objectives.
- Provide strategic oversight and support to HR teams across various branches and business units.
2. Supervision and Coordination:
- Oversee HR operations in multiple branches, ensuring consistency in policies, practices, and compliance across all locations.
- Regularly visit and engage with subsidiaries to assess HR performance, identify challenges, and provide solutions.
3. Performance and Goal Orientation:
- Set and monitor HR goals and KPIs for subsidiaries, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
- Drive initiatives that enhance efficiency, employee engagement, and overall performance across all branches.
4. Employee Development:
- Design and implement programs for employee training, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
5. Organizational Development:
- Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring resilience and adaptability.
- Develop and promote policies that improve work culture and employee satisfaction.
6. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and inspire the HR team, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
- Provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
7. Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring clear communication and understanding of company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.
8. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular HR performance reports to senior leadership.
