- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Linkedin, Job portal, ATS tools is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Key responsibilities,
- Assist in soucing activity and screening candidates for various positions
- Post job vacancies on job board and social media platforms
- Schedule and coordinate interviews candidates
- Maintenance and update applicant records and recruitment databases
