Requirements:

– Minimum 2–3 years in procurement, preferably in the shipping or marine offshore industry

– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred

– Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

– Familiarity with maritime procurement, vendor management, and inventory control

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office

– Willing to visit the field when required

– Placement: Surabaya/Jakarta, prefer to domicile in Surabaya

Key Responsibilities:

– Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for vessel spare parts, and equipment

– Process purchase requests and ensure track deliveries

– Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality and cost-effectiveness

– Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with crew to ensure vessel requirements are met

– Manage procurement documentation
