Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and client referrals.
- Sell end-to-end freight forwarding services (air, sea and land) to businesses across various industries.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and prospecting to presentations, quoting, follow-ups and closing with clear, consistent communication at every stage.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and offer tailored logistics solutions that add value.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth handling and delivery of shipments.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events
- Follow-ups and responsiveness are second nature to you.
What You Bring
- Good command of English (written and spoken). Other languages are a plus.
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding, logistics, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, you enjoy building connections and earning trust.
- Goal oriented with a proactive attitude and solid follow-up habits.
- Basic knowledge of shipping terms (INCOTERMS), documentation, and customs procedures is an advantage.
- Self starter who can manage time effectively and work well with minimal supervision.
