About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to drive growth and expand our client base in the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with hotel owners, operators, and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads within the hotel and vacation rental industry.
- Own the end-to-end sales process: from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
- Develop customized proposals and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, onboarding) to ensure customer success.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and updates.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their operational challenges and goals.
Requirements
- Willing to work in Surabaya
- Proficient in English (both writing and speaking)
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, hospitality tech, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and PMS / channel manager solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Background in hospitality or travel tech startups is a plus.
