Job Description
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with marketing goals and brand objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage viral engaging content for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitor activity to inform content creation and strategy.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a positive online community.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on cross-channel initiatives, including product launches and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 1 years of experience in social media management
- Experienced working in front of camera is a ++
- Experienced in making social experiment content is a ++
- Have a content portofolio is a ++
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with the beauty industry and personal care is a ++
