Role & Responsibilities :
1. Develop Comprehensive Content Plan
• Create detailed content plans that align with the brand’s strategy, ensuring a consistent and cohesive message across all social media platforms.
• Generate innovative and engaging content ideas that capture the audience’s attention and encourage interaction, including graphics and videos.
2. Content Posting & Scheduling:
• Manage content uploads and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely scheduling and publication across all social channels.
• Ensure correct captions, hashtags, and account tags are used in posts.
• Maintain a posting calendar to ensure consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.
. Engagement & Community Management:
• Create, edit, and publish engaging daily content that fosters meaningful connections and drives community engagement.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly while maintaining the brand’s tone.
• Actively engage with followers, brand mentions, and relevant content to boost reach.
• Monitor trends and viral content to interact with trending topics where relevant.
4. Performance Reporting & Administration:
• Track, analyze, and compile social media performance data to create regular reports for clients.
• Provide insights into key metrics such as engagement, reach, growth, and conversions to support all Operational and Client-Servicing department.
Qualification :
1. Strong creative thinking and exceptional content creation and copywriting skills.
2. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
3. Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
4. Relevant experience in social media management, admin posting, or community management.
5. Ability to work hybrid & WFO at HeadQOARter (Surabaya) and travel when needed.
