Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operations of HR administrative tasks
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement and manage the performance management system
• Monitor the training programs to enhance employee competencies
• Supervise the team in implementing internal activities and employer branding that foster a positive work environment
• Collaborate with all internal department to support seamless business operations
• Coordinate and keep updated with the government to maintain compliance with employment regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in management, psychology, law or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as supervisor or similar position
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and lead the team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong understanding of BPJS, employment law, and the other HR-related policies
• Proactive and responsible with a strong sense of confidentiality and integrity
• Well-versed in english communication both verbal and written
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya (hybrid working set-up)
