Job Description

We’re looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting intuitive and delightful user experiences for our digital products. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas into engaging designs that solve real user problems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web dashboards.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
3. Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful designs.
5. Maintain and enhance design systems to ensure consistency across products.
6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve designs.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
2. Proficient in design tools such as Figma.
3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
4. Experience with user research, A/B testing, and usability testing.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
6. A strong portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving abilities.

Bonus Points if you have these experiences:

1. Experience in designing for SaaS platforms (mobile app and web dashboard).
2. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
3. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
4. Experience with project management, including organizing timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team collaboration.
5. Proficiency in UX writing to craft clear and concise microcopy for user interfaces.
6. Involvement in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the final product meets user needs and business goals.
7. Understanding of Quality Assurance (QA) processes to identify and address potential design inconsistencies or functionality issues.
