We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our creative team in SURABAYA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into a polished project that matches the vision of our brand and communicates our message clearly. You should have a strong creative eye, technical proficiency with editing software, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

- Production Assist:
- Assisting talent or being a talent with wardrobe organization, providing style suggestions and hair & make-up advice.
- Assisting in taking photo/video, product styling, and executing photoshoot / videoshoot based on brief
- Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality video content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, websites, etc.).
- Trim footage segments, input music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to enhance the final product.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and content creators to understand project vision and goals.
- Ensure logical sequencing, continuity, and pacing in all edits.
- Manage and organize video assets and archives.
- Apply color correction, audio enhancement, and other finishing touches.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing trends, tools, and social media best practices.
Requirements:
- Age 20-35
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications Design or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a video editor or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effect, Capcut, or similar.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
